To use these cards, print on cardstock, laminate if desired, and cut apart each clip card. Children can count the objects on each card and clip a clothespin to or place a counter on the correct answer. Children can use a dry erase marker to circle the correct answer on laminated cards. Place a sticker behind the correct answer to make the cards self-checking.

To practice one-to-one correspondence, children can place counters like pompoms, mini erasers, or small balls of playdough on the objects as they count them.
