Your preschooler will love to practice counting with these Gingerbread Ten Frame Cards! Ten Frame activities are a delight with the cute gingerbread men. Preschoolers will enjoy counting and learning numbers and number words when they use the Gingerbread Ten Frame Cards.

To use these cards, print on cardstock, laminate if desired, and cut apart each card.

For the clip cards, children will count the spots marked in the ten frame and then find the correct number or number word on the side. They will clip a clothespin to or place a counter on the correct answer. Children can use a dry erase marker to circle the correct answer on laminated cards. Place a sticker behind the correct answer to make the cards self-checking.

For the fill in ten frame cards, children will read the number or number word and fill in that amount in the ten frame. If cards are laminated, children can fill in with dry erase marker. Children can instead use small balls of playdough or other small counter to mark the correct answer.

The number flashcards can be used to help children self-check the fill in ten frames. Two sets can be printed for a matching game. Children can also place that amount of small objects on the card.

Use the small number or number word cards with the full page blank ten frame. Children can turn the cards upside down, choose one, and mark that amount on the blank ten frame with small counters or balls of playdough.
