All of the maps are also included in the Teacher's Guide. Parents will also find the answer key for all of the lessons, including review days which can be used for grading or shared with their student to self-check work.

One thing I've noticed teaching high schoolers is that they don't like dry, boring textbooks. Luckily the Student Book for the World Geography and Cultures curriculum does not fall into that category! The book is in full color and includes lots of pictures, which draws the reader in immediately. Each page is broken up into different colored sections. This makes it more interesting to read and easier to focus on one section at a time. Charts and maps are also included to visually share information with the reader. My Viewpoint of Master Books World Geography and Cultures as a Homeschool Teacher
As a homeschool teacher to multiple children, I love finding curriculum that is easy to use, doesn't require much planning, and is flexible. My High Schooler's Viewpoints on World Geography and Cultures
Upon first glance of the Student Book, I knew my high schooler was going to enjoy this course and I was right. He really enjoys history and learning about the world, so the content was very interesting to him. Additionally, the engaging pictures and way the book is set up immediately drew him in to read more. He loved that it's not just a geography book that shows places. The book also shares information about cultures of the world, the people who live in the world as well as the places.
Structure is something that my son craves in the courses he does, so he really appreciated the consistency in the daily lessons so that he knew what to expect each week. While he liked the familiarity of the types of questions and mapwork in the daily lesson exercises, he also enjoyed the occasional project that I'd assign as well. He loves to write, so he especially liked the projects where he could write about what he researched or show his creativity when he could journal as if he were living in that culture. He was happy using this curriculum to fulfill a history/geography credit for his transcript.
